BuyBox India is not affiliated with Amazon.
All trademarks (including Amazon) belong to their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm:
You are at least 18 years old
You have authority to operate the seller account
You provide accurate and complete information
4. User Responsibilities
You agree:
To comply with Amazon policies
Not to misuse our services
Not to engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
To maintain account security
5. Account Access & Permissions
If access is granted:
We will only use it for agreed services
You may revoke access anytime
You remain the owner and controller of your account
6. Payments & Billing
Services are billed as agreed (monthly/project basis)
Payments must be made on time
Late payments may lead to suspension
Fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise
7. Performance Disclaimer
We aim to improve performance, but:
No guarantee of sales, rankings, or profits
Results depend on competition, product quality, pricing, and Amazon algorithms
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (design, text, branding, graphics) is owned by BuyBox India.
You may not copy, reuse, or distribute without permission.

Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential.
10. Limitation of Liability
BuyBox India is not liable for:
Revenue or profit loss
Account suspension or penalties by Amazon
Algorithm or policy changes
Indirect or consequential damages
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify BuyBox India against:
Claims arising from misuse of services
Violation of Amazon policies
Legal disputes related to your business
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services:
If terms are violated
For non-payment
At our discretion
You may also terminate services with prior notice.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., outages, platform changes, natural events).
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
